Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Royaltys Flame, we want you to love your purchase! Please read our return guidelines carefully:

Eligibility for Returns

• All items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, odors, or damage.
• Items must be returned in the original packaging, including tags, boxes, or protective covers.
• Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

• For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as accessories, swimwear, or intimate apparel) are final saleand cannot be returned.
• Clearance or discounted items are also non-returnable.

Return Window

• Requests for returns must be made within 3 days of delivery.
• After this period, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are only accepted for the same item in a different size or color (if available).
• If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.
