Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Royaltys Flame, We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange under the guidelines below.
Eligibility for Returns
- All items must be in their original condition – Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition. Items must include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation. Proof of purchase is required.
- Easy Returns Within 7 Business Days. After this period, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges.
- You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging, including tags, boxes, or protective covers.
- Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of use, damage, alteration, or conditions that suggest the item was purchased for temporary use rather than ownership.
Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as accessories, swimwear, or intimate apparel) are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Clearance or discounted items are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges for:
- Different sizes Different colors (if available) Defective or damaged items
Exchange requests must meet the same condition requirements as returns.
Return Shipping
If we made an error or your item arrived damaged, we’ll make it right.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- For customer preference returns (wrong size, changed mind, no longer needed), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Fair Use Policy
We value our customers and want to provide a simple return experience. Our return program is designed for genuine purchases and not intended for repeated ordering, excessive returns, or using items temporarily before sending them back.
Accounts or orders showing unusual return activity, repeated exchanges, damaged returns, or patterns inconsistent with normal purchasing behavior may be reviewed and may be subject to return restrictions.
